7 PM Welcome dinner: Pastabuffet

Thursday 30 of June

7-9 AM Breakfast in the hotel , free morning program until 11.30

11.30 AM-2PM Cruise at Vesijärvi including lunch

3 PM Leaving with bus to Riihimäki summertrack

4 PM At the track: Rules of Finnish trotting sport, short presentation.
Warm up of horses. Presentation of drivers to the spectators.
Races start 6.30 PM. Something to eat. First 3 races of the championship.

10-11 PM Back in the hotel

Friday 1st of July

7-8.30 AM Breakfast in the hotel

8.30 AM Bus starts to Lahti racetrack, visit to tack shops Wahlsten and Finntack. Posibitity to buy equipment with special discount prices from factory shop

10.30 PM Short check of rules, warm up of horses. Lunch races start at 00.07 PM. Two last races of the championship. VIP-lunch area with theme ASCOT (special hats competition). Awards for the three best drivers.

4 PM Back in the hotel, some free program until 6 PM

6 PM-8PM We spend together some time at the Harbour. Some special program for participants.

9 PM-12PM Banquet at the hotel.Medal ceremony. After that free party time.

7-9 AM Breakfast in the hotel, individual departure

Extra program Saturday 2nd of July – Monday 4th of July (extra cost price negoatiated down)

We will have nice trotting races at Jokimaa, Lahti the whole weekend. www.jokimaanravit.fi. The main race with first price of 80.000 € to the winner.
For those who want to stay longer, we will arrange hotel in Lahti for extra nights. We have negotiated special price for you to stay in hotel Cumulus. Those who pick this extra program will get VIP tickets to big Suur-Hollola race weekend with special discounted price 45 € /day, normal 80 €/day.

Extra cost for this weekend including VIP tickets both Saturday and Sunday plus two nights in the hotel is

230 euros /person in one person room.
160 euros/person in two person room.

All other meals than at the racetrack Vip area, transportation to races etc. on your own expense. We will help to organize transport by taxi, bus etc.
